United States (Seattle Office)

Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage business development in US market
  • Liaise with customers and team members in Seattle office and China factory for project development
  • Generate regional sales reports, reach sales goals and generate leads for assigned territory
  • Organize local trade shows

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hold a degree in either engineering, science, business or marketing
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with LCDs or related products
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the US

United States (Seattle Office)

Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchasing orders to China factory and follow production schedule
  • Prepare invoices for customers and account payable
  • Fill out order details and shipping information in follow up
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare sales summary and bookkeeping
  • Assist accountants
  • Perform general office functions if necessary

Required Skills and Experience

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and bookkeeping practices
  • Fluency in written Chinese, written English and verbal English

 

Canada (Toronto Office)
