FAQ - How to order LCDs

In order to better serve you and provide a quotation in a timely manner, please provide as much information as you can from the list below:

Standard LCD:

  • Standard LCD part number
  • Display type: Positive or negative
  • Operating and storage temperature range
  • Quantity of your order per order or annually

If our standard products meet all of your needs and requirements, we can send several samples for your evaluation. If there are changes you would like to make to our standard LCD, tooling charges may apply.

Custom LCD:

  • Outside dimension of LCD
  • Display type: Positive or negative
  • TN or STN (If you are not sure, we can suggest an appropriate LCD mode based off its application)
  • Operating and storage temperature range
  • Number of metal pins(If any)
  • Driving conditions: multiplex (duty), Bias and voltage
  • Special needs (If any)
  • Quantity of your order per order or annually

We encourage you to send a drawing if available (we can open most files, however, DWG or DXF files are preferred).

With the above information, we are able to send you the quotation. After your confirmation of the quotation, we need detail drawing or sketch. Again, DWG or DXF files are most welcome. With your drawing, we will begin to produce counterdrawing for your confirmation. After your confirmation of the drawing with your signature, we will begin to produce the samples. After your confirmation of the samples, we are ready to produce your bulk order.
