FAQ - How to order LCD modules

In order for us to have a quick quotation for your design or products, the minimum information as follows is needed.

1. If you like to order our standard products
It is best for you to provide our product part number, such as DM1602F-D-YSNFD-00, if you don't have our full part number, please provide the following:

• The drawings or competitor's part number
• If the LED backlight needed
• TN or STN( yellow green, grey or black/white), The default will be yellow green STN.
• Temperature range (operating/storage). The default will be standard temperature range
• Quantity

2. If you like to order our custom made products

• PCB, LCD, view area and bezel(if any) dimension
• Positive or negative, default we will use as the cheaper positive type.
• Reflective, transflective or transmissive. default we will use cheapest reflective type.
• TN or STN( yellow green, grey or black/white). If you can not decide, please tell us your resolution, 16X2, 128X64, 320X240 or alphanumeric), we will suggest one for you.
• Backlight (LED, EL, CCFL or optical fiber)
• Operation and storage temperature range, the most economic is 0 to 50 C and -20 to 60 C respectively.
• Module type: COB, TAB, COG, COF or other types.
• LSI (IF any)
• Other special components (If any)
• Quantity, Default will be per order.
• Special need (if any)

We encourage you providing us with all the information you have. It will help our design have better under-standing of your products that will greatly help us to design exact products you need and shorten the rocessing time. The samples are even better. Dwg or dxf files for drawings are most welcome, it can make the whole procedure shorter although we accept any other types of files.
